Also, I see that there is a number of updates which I should be installing, so wondering if I should hold off on those until after Acobat is downloaded? I did get a serial number from the install of the the other Adobe software included in Creative Suite 5. However, it appears that I never downloaded Adobe Acrobat, which looks like it's on a separate disk. It was purchased and downloaded ~Nov 2010. I have Adobe Creative Suite 5 'Design Premium' for Mac. Google 'fixed' the Chrome problems by removing the 3D accelerator calls thereby slowing down Chrome on these models. There are a number of other video related issues as well, but the show stopper for us is the Indesign incompatibility. Apple has made no comment on what seems to be an obvious video card driver issue in OS X 10.7.4 on the new 2012 models. They do restart Indesign very fast after it crashes. they are nearly unusable for work, unless you like saving every 30 seconds. All models are crashing on any dialog box popup's, i.e. Will adobe creative suite run on macbook air?ĭo NOT get any MacBook 2012 models if you use Adobe CS4, 5, 5.5 or 6.
